As a principal investor, we concentrate on promising companies that are cash flow positive, however, we are also open to novel, early-stage opportunities with a proof of concept that demonstrate an exceptional competitive advantage.

We generally make individual equity investments in one or more rounds of financing, seeking to obtain significant minority or majority equity ownership position.

Capital Deployment

Prior to the deployment of our family’s capital, we thoroughly apply a due-diligence process in which assesses potential deal risks: financial, legal and tax implications, deal structure, management background checks, and robust market analysis. In addition, we identify and work with strategic partners and co-investors for investment support and syndication. Should the deal dynamics meet our standard, we are able to deploy capital in a timely fashion to ensure the integrity of the deal stays intact.
